The first thing you should do before contacting support is to read the first few pages in the manual. It contains valuable information on how to set up your radio, and how to connect to it with Win4YaesuSuite. In almost all cases where you cannot connect to the radio, something was missed. Almost everything you need to know is in the manual

Are the problems with the Spectrum for the SDRPlay? Problems with configuring third party software? Did you watch the tutorials? Video Tutorials
Are you getting errors mentioning RFI and the software closes? Do you have an FT240-31 ferrite on the USB cable? ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL!! Don’t waste time sending an email. Buy one on Ebay or Amazon. See page 6 in the manual!! Number ONE support issue!.

- Radio Model
- Operating system on your computer
- Version of the software
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Any screen captures that you may have
- Version of COM0COM if applicable.
